Where does Bokdia ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer Free Standard Shipping on eligible orders within the United States.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.
What is your order cut-off time?
Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Central Time (CT). Orders placed after the cut-off may begin processing on the next business day.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days after processing and shipment.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address used during checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@bokdia.com. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipment, changes may no longer be possible.
What is your return policy?
We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery.
Items should be unused, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging and included components.
Do you provide a return shipping label?
Yes. For approved returns, Bokdia provides a free return shipping label.
How long does a refund take?
After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing may take up to 7 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
