Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.

Our standard delivery estimate is 3–5 business days after processing and shipment.

Our daily order cut-off time is:

5:00 PM Central Time (CT)

Orders placed after the cut-off may begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed when delays occur due to carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10. Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at:

We cannot guarantee that shipping information can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.

11. Order Tracking

When tracking information becomes available, it may be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Carrier tracking systems may require additional time to display movement after shipment.

12. Returns and Refunds

Bokdia accepts eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must generally be unused, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging and included components.

For approved returns, Bokdia provides a free return shipping label.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refund processing may take up to 7 business days after inspection.
